Mel is a Level 4-trained holistic and sports massage therapist who is passionate about helping people feel relaxed, restored and more connected to their bodies.

Her approach is warm, intuitive and completely personalised. She takes the time to understand how you’re feeling, where you’re holding tension and what you’d like to get from your treatment.

Mel’s journey began London’s luxury skincare industry, where she worked with prestigious brands including Chanel, Shiseido, Decléor and Crème de la Mer. After returning to Chichester, she continued to develop her skills at Goodwood Hotel, working with Elemis and Elemental Herbology.

She has since developed her expertise in holistic and sports massage, as well as warm bamboo and Indian head massage.

Whether you’re looking to ease muscular tension, support recovery or simply take some time to slow down and switch off, Mel will adapt her treatment to suit you and your body.

Meet Tilly

Tilly is a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with a genuine passion for helping people move more comfortably, manage muscular tension and support their physical wellbeing.

Tilly’s early career started at Champneys, where she gained many qualifications and techniques such as:

• Sports massage
• Deep tissue massage
• Oncology massage
• Indian head massage

Tilly combines her experience with a thoughtful, individualised approach to treatment. She enjoys helping clients who experience muscular tension, restricted movement or the physical demands of an active lifestyle.

Alongside her practical experience, Tilly is committed to developing her skills and expanding her knowledge of massage therapy. She continually takes professional development courses, further strengthening her understanding of assessment, treatment planning and effective soft tissue care.

Tilly believes that a good massage is about more than the techniques used. It’s about creating a comfortable, professional environment where you feel listened to, understood and confident in your care. Meet Annabel

Annabel is a chiropractic student and a Level 5 sports & remedial massage therapist.

A typical session with Annabel aims to assess your functionality to help you move more comfortably and restore your range of motion, enabling you to return to your optimal level of performance.

Annabel specialises in trigger point, cupping, IASTM, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, soft tissue release, and stretch therapies. These techniques help to:

• Restore your range of motion
• Improve your functional movement
• Provide maintenance or rehabilitative care
• Enable your body to stop guarding

Annabel’s sessions can be to address injuries or as part of a maintenance plan. She sees benefit in working alongside other health professionals to help you reach your goals.

With a background in contemporary dance, she brings deep insight into movement and rehabilitation - working with everyone from athletes, manual labourers and desk based workers.

When she’s not massaging she’ll be studying, traveling, golfing, or working out in the gym.
